Why we use it
To prepare and respond to your quote request, confirm availability, calculate an estimated delivery-inclusive total, coordinate pickup or delivery, prevent misuse and improve customer service. We do not collect card details or take payment on this page.
Location and maps
Your browser asks permission before using GPS. A pin selected on the map is used to estimate distance and is included in the WhatsApp request only when you send it. Map services may receive technical connection data needed to display map tiles.
WhatsApp, Meta and service providers
When you submit, your request opens WhatsApp and is then handled under WhatsApp’s terms. If you arrived through a Meta advertisement, Meta may process campaign and device events under its own policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the requested service and meet applicable business or legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by messaging +971 50 509 7388. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
